Operations Associate

About the Position Deliver and meet higher expectations of guest needs Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Answer questions and address complaints in a timely and professional manner Assist the operations team to refine and document processes, implement operational improvements, product collaborations, tech systems and automations Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs Other duties as assigned by management Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese (N2 or above) Proficiency in written and spoken English Must be living in Japan with a valid visa/working status Experience with front desk or in a hospitality setting (preferred) Must have a valid work visa in Japan Benefits: 15 days paid leave after 3 months probation, unlimited sick leave with approval Standard Japanese company social insurance (pension, health & employment insurance) Monthly commuting expenses Office snacks, company culture events & gatherings Free stays at our hotels subject to availability Discretionary long-term incentive plan (equity) for high-performers 続きを見る

Inspection/Housekeeping
Duties: Conduct room cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas. Conduct regular room maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Communicate with the team members including the Front Desk Team to ensure the rooms are ready for guests. Prepare and organize housekeeping and inspection supplies, amenities and linens Monitor inventory levels of supplies and amenities. Ensure that all amenities are properly stocked, maintained, and presented to guests. Report to the team members including Front Desk Team when repairs are needed. 続きを見る
