Position Summary We’re seeking a Part-Time B2B Sales Representative to help expand Wayfarer’s footprint in the B2B space. Your mission will be to build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, relocation agencies, educational institutions, travel agencies, tour operators, and other partners who might need long-stay or group accommodations. This is a flexible, hands-on role suited to a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality and business development. You have experience in real estate finance, underwriting, or asset management You’re highly analytical and can build cash flow models from scratch You understand investment structures like TMKs and TKGKs You’re proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and enjoy solving problems independently What will you do?
