Who is Wayfarer?

Wayfarer is an innovative hotel operations and travel startup in Japan. Founded in late 2019, we manage over 400 rooms across our three brands: Wayfarer, Kabin, and ORI.

Duties

Hone your customer service and bartending skills at KRFT Bar, where you’ll welcome guests from around the world and be part of a dynamic hotel team. This role offers hands-on training, fast-paced service experience, and the opportunity to grow in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Your main duties will consist of:

• Learning and developing foundational bartending skills through hands-on training.
• Preparing and serving beverages in line with recipes and service standards.
• Supporting smooth bar operations during busy service periods.
• Providing friendly, professional service to guests and taking orders accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area in accordance with hygiene and operational standards.
