＜コーポレート経理グループについて＞

グローバルに食品卸売事業を展開するWismettacグループにおいて連結決算・開示を統括する部門として、企業買収に伴う新規グループイン会社対応、新規事象・取引の発生、開示要件の拡充等に伴い業務負荷が増大していく中で、海外子会社を中心とするグループ会社の計数管理、ビジネスサイドとの連携、経理業務プロセスの改善、新規買収会社のPMIサポート、連結決算精度向上に向けて業務改革および組織再編を行っております。 近年、グローバルでのM&AやJVの立ち上げが加速しており、会計スキルを活かしてグローバルに活躍できる環境を整えています。

＜業務内容＞
・子会社の経理チームや外部プロバイダーと連携し、連結財務諸表の作成業務、月次レポートの作成をサポート、およびレポーティングに関する課題の解決の提案。
・各部門と連携し、連結に必要なデータを収集する。
・コーポレート経理の責任者を補佐し、監査関連対応およびコンプライアンス違反のリスクの確認など担う。
・連結財務結果を分析し、連結プロセスの改善および効率化を支援する。

＜必須経験＞

・財務・経理分野での実務経験（連結業務を含む）５年以上
・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（主にメール対応）
・日本語ネイティブレベル

＜About this role＞

This role is designated to support the Corporate Accounting Team in the preparation of the monthly reporting and annual financial statements, as well as day-to-day support of the Corporate Accounting function.

＜Main responsibilities＞

・ Work with subsidiary accounting teams and an outside service provider to prepare consolidated financial statements, manage intercompany eliminations, and resolve reporting issues
・ Support with the production of the monthly reporting for review by senior management
・Work with various departments (tax, treasury, business functions) to gather necessary data for consolidation
・ Review and assist Corporate Accounting Director to ensure the underlying accounting records are maintained to audit standard and any known risks of non-compliance are flagged appropriately
・Analyze consolidated financial results, providing insights into trends and variances for management
・Support in identifying consolidation process improvement opportunities

＜Required skills and qualifications＞
・Ideally at least five (5) years' experience in finance and accounting, including consolidation work
・ Ability to communicate effectively in English (mostly through emails)
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
・Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team
