インバウンドマーケティング案件を担当し、 新規顧客開拓・企画・戦略立案から実行までを推進する重要な役割を担います。

【主な職務内容】

インバウンドマーケティング案件を担当し、 新規顧客開拓・企画・戦略立案から実行までを推進する重要な役割を担います。

• インバウンドプロジェクトの新規顧客開拓・企画・提案・実施 （日系ナショナルクライアント等）
• マーケティング戦略の策定 および 戦略に基づいたマーケティング施策の実行 （デジタルマーケティング、PR施策、プロモーション戦略など）
• 海外ネットワークを活用した コンテンツ制作・広告・PR戦略の推進
• クライアントやパートナー企業との 折衝・調整・プロジェクト管理
• データ分析を活用した マーケティング施策の効果測定および最適化
• 日本各地の観光事業者やプレイヤーと連携した 旅行商品や体験造成
• プランナーのOJT・育成・能力開発

当社のプロジェクトは、 ブランド戦略立案、旅行商品造成、映像・Webコンテンツ制作、デジタルマーケティング、旅行者招請、情報発信 など多岐にわたります。国内外の関係者と連携しながら、戦略的に業務を遂行していただきます。

【 必要な経験・スキルなど】

• 広告業界・広告代理店のマーケティング業務または関連する分野での業務経験（３年以上）
• 事業戦略や組織方針を理解し、実務に落とし込める戦略的思考力
• チームメンバーとの信頼関係を築くコミュニケーション力

【Background】

As our business grows and our team expands, we are seeking a senior planner to lead our "Destination Marketing Business" and achieve our business goals.

【Key Responsibilities】

In charge of inbound marketing projects, you will play a key role in driving new client development, planning, and strategy formulation through execution.

• Developing new clients, planning, proposing, and implementing inbound projects (e.g., Japanese national clients).
• Formulating marketing strategies and executing marketing initiatives based on those strategies (e.g., digital marketing, PR initiatives, promotion strategies).
• Promoting content creation, advertising, and PR strategies utilizing our overseas network.
• Negotiating, coordinating, and project managing with clients and partner companies.
• Measuring and optimizing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data analysis.
• Creating travel products and experiences in collaboration with tourism operators and players across Japan.
• On-the-job training, training, and capacity development for planners.

Our projects range from brand strategy planning, travel product development, video and web content production, digital marketing, tourist invitations, and information dissemination. You will strategically execute your work while collaborating with domestic and international stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field in the advertising industry or advertising agency
• Strategic thinking skills that allow you to understand business strategies and organizational policies and apply them to practical work
• Communication skills that build trust with team members

• Experience in acquiring new clients or expanding client accounts
• Experience implementing goal management systems such as KPIs/OKRs
