勤務時間	Discretionary Labor System or 10:00~18:45 ※Standard work hour starts at 10:00 am. Exact work hours are left to individual discretion.
休日	2 days/week (Sat, Sun) and public holidays, summer holiday, new years holiday, paid vacation, celebration and condolence allowance.
