Our company is dedicated to research and development with the aim of creating a world where everyone can have their own P.A.I. (Personal Artificial Intelligence), freeing people from labor (Lavoro) and allowing them to immerse themselves in creative and artistic pursuits (Opera).

Business Overview / 事業内容
Leveraging advanced AI elemental technologies born from P.A.I. research, we provide AI products, AI solutions, and infrastructure platforms applicable to all types of businesses. We have successfully raised over 15 billion yen in funding, and in October 2024, we achieved the first domestic listing for a company engaged in generative AI/AI agent development.
P.A.I.の研究から生まれた高度なAI要素技術群を活用し、あらゆるビジネスに活用可能なAIプロダクト、AIソリューション、インフラ基盤を提供し、累計150億円超の資金調達に成功、2024年10月には生成AI/AIエージェントを手掛ける会社において国内初となる上場を果たしました。
Going forward, we will further strengthen our research with various research institutions and universities on the technology front. On the business front, we will cover all commercial flows related to AI, from infrastructure/data center construction to the provision of AI solutions. Furthermore, by developing AI agent products across industries, we aim for a market capitalization of 100 billion yen in 2026 and 1 trillion yen in 2030.

Reason for Hiring / 募集背景
In June 2022, we completed our Series D funding round, led by a top-tier international venture capital firm, drawing global attention. With the mission of "from Lavoro to Opera," we aim to further expand our market share both domestically and internationally.
Currently, we are focusing on building our organization and business with an eye on expanding into the Asian market. We are seeking an AI Lead Engineer who can contribute directly to our products by expanding and advancing foundational and applied research, as well as through team management. We are also progressing in research and development related to Blockchain, so candidates with an interest in Web3 technologies are welcome.

Job Responsibilities / 業務内容
As an AI Lead Engineer in the R&D department, your responsibilities will include:
- Research and development of in-house large-scale language models
- Applied research and software development related to machine learning
- Design and development of AI projects from PoC (Proof of Concept) to practical implementation after feasibility confirmation
- Team management, including progress tracking, leading development efforts, and providing technical guidance to team members
- Coordination of specifications with the product development team and business units
- Communication with clients, including specification adjustments, problem-solving, and QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management
Throughout the phases from proposal to operation, you will address customer requests and questions from a technical perspective, engaging in discussions to guide the project in a valuable direction.
R&D部門のAIリードエンジニアとして以下業務をお任せします。
- 自社大規模言語モデルの研究開発
- 機械学習に関連する応用研究開発およびソフトウェア開発
- PoC および PoC によってフィージビリティーの確認が取れたAIプロジェクトを実運用に落とし込む設計・開発
- 開発メンバーの進捗管理、開発のリード、技術面の指導等のチームマネジメント
- プロダクト開発チーム及びビジネス部門との仕様調整
- 仕様調整、課題提案、QCD調整などのクライアントとのコミュニケーション など
※提案から運用までのフェーズにおいて、顧客のご要望やご質問に対して技術的な観点でお答えし、顧客と共にディスカッションをしながらプロジェクトを価値ある方向に推進いただきます。

The development team currently consists of 5 members, and we plan to hire an additional 3-5 members, including AI Lead Engineers and AI Engineers.

Qualifications (Must-Have) / 応募資格 (MUST)
- Experience as a team leader or manager in a development team
- Experience in coordinating specifications and defining requirements with clients or business units
- Experience in developing or utilizing AI technologies
- Knowledge and experience with Python, SQL, and machine learning
- Proficiency in reading and writing English
- Experience with cloud services
- (For contractors) Availability to work at least 24 hours per week between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays

- Particularly, experience in R&D or product development involving large-scale language models or speech recognition

- Familiarity with TypeScript, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Firebase is a plus
- Experience presenting research at international conferences or in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience using AWS, GCP, or Azure
