Business Overview / 事業内容

Leveraging advanced AI elemental technologies born from P.A.I. research, we provide AI products, AI solutions, and infrastructure platforms applicable to all types of businesses. We have successfully raised over 15 billion yen in funding, and in October 2024, we achieved the first domestic listing for a company engaged in generative AI/AI agent development.

P.A.I.の研究から生まれた高度なAI要素技術群を活用し、あらゆるビジネスに活用可能なAIプロダクト、AIソリューション、インフラ基盤を提供し、累計150億円超の資金調達に成功、2024年10月には生成AI/AIエージェントを手掛ける会社において国内初となる上場を果たしました。

Going forward, we will further strengthen our research with various research institutions and universities on the technology front. On the business front, we will cover all commercial flows related to AI, from infrastructure/data center construction to the provision of AI solutions. Reason for Hiring / 募集背景

Since our IPO in October 2024, we've been attracting global attention, including from international investors. Driven by our mission "From Lavoro to Opera," we aim to further expand our market share domestically and internationally.

In the service robot (and subsequently humanoid robot) market, we are currently building organizational and business structures focused on expansion into Asia. We are seeking individuals who can drive our initiatives toward the advancement and practical application of robots acquired from other companies.

サービスロボット（後にヒューマノイドロボット）市場においても現在、アジアへの進出を見据えた組織、事業作りに取り組んでおり、他社から購入したロボットの高度化・実用化に向けて弊社事業を推進してくださる方を募集します。

Job Responsibilities / 業務内容

  • Software development for robotic systems (control, perception, motion planning, etc.)
  • Design and development of robotic hardware (mechanical systems, electronic circuits, etc. – if applicable)
  • Selection and integration of sensors, actuators, and other components
  • Simulation, testing, and evaluation of robots
  • Research, development, and application of related technologies (AI, machine learning, image processing, etc.)
  • Collaboration and information sharing within project teams
  • Preparation and management of technical documentation

  • ロボットシステムのソフトウェア開発（制御、認識、行動計画など）

  • ロボットハードウェアの設計・開発（機構、電子回路など - 該当する場合）
  • センサー、アクチュエータ、その他のコンポーネントの選定と統合
  • ロボットのシミュレーション、テスト、評価
  • 関連技術（AI、機械学習、画像処理など）の研究開発と応用

Qualifications (Must-Have) / 応募資格 (MUST)

We are looking for candidates who meet all of the following qualifications:

  • Experience with development using ROS (Robot Operating System)
  • Fundamental knowledge of robotics (kinematics, dynamics, control, etc.)
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Proficiency in Japanese communication
  • For contractors: Availability to work at least 24 hours per week between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays. (*This is flexible, so please feel free to consult with us if needed.)

Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) / 応募資格 (WANT)

  • Experience with or interest in Isaac Sim (NVIDIA Isaac Robotics Simulation) as a simulation environment
  • Experience with other simulation tools such as Unity, Gazebo, Webots (willingness to learn is acceptable)
  • Experience in practical operation and field-testing of humanoid robots or service robots
    Knowledge or experience with robot safety standards (ISO 13482, ISO 10218-1, ISO/TS 15066, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of practical experience using Python or C/C++
  • Development experience involving industrial robot arms, mobile robots, or other types of robots
  • Knowledge or practical experience in control engineering, image processing, machine learning, or deep learning
  • Experience participating in robot-related competitions (e.g., Robocon, RoboCup)
  • Experience with embedded system development
  • Experience using CAD software
    Ability to communicate in English
