Infrastructure Specialist

■Introduction
Due to the shortage of engineers in Japan and other reasons, more and more system construction and operation work is being performed in collaboration with overseas engineers.

We provide bridge engineering services and technical services to companies that need to collaborate with such overseas engineers. Our specialists are responsible for resolving business and technical issues in the areas of infrastructure, applications, and data management for clients, primarily those in the telecommunications industry.

■Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide technical support on the server or network side. As for technical areas, there are also data management and development areas, so you can choose your primary area of responsibility.

Technical support includes the following tasks.

・PoC before full implementation
・Technical discussions with Japanese customers and overseas engineers
・Verification of new technologies
・Modification of existing systems

Depending on your ability, you may also be responsible for the following tasks.

・Consulting on technical issues
・Global project management
・Mentoring of other members

■Required Technical and Professional Expertise
・At least 2 year of work experience in the IT area
・N2 or equivalent Japanese language ability
・Documentation, e-mail, and conference calls in English

■Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
・Experience working with DB and SQL
・Experience working with zero trust and cloud proxy builds
・Experience in customer relations and vendor management
・Project Manager experience
・Team leadership experience
・Experience in designing and building Azure and AWS
・Experience working overseas
