Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, facilitate and nurture a Team of Talent Managers ("Talent", is a specific group of individuals that create the content, voice, influence, and create content for Brave group Europe Characters.
  • Manager your own portfolio of Talent members by:
    • Identify and recruit talented individuals within the anime community, including voice actors, influencers, and content creators.
    •  Develop and maintain relationships with talent, negotiating contracts and managing schedules.
    • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote talent and their projects.
    • Provide career guidance and support to help talent achieve their professional goals.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging talent within the anime subculture.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in talent management or a related field, with a strong network in the anime or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A keen eye for talent and a passion for anime.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

 勤務時間 
Hours of work:
Employed for 40 hours per week.
10.00 am to 19.00 pm with an hour for lunch Monday to Friday
9 hours per day.
Occasional Saturday and Sundays
 
 
 Supplementary of working time:  
Some evening work will be required to support your overseas team. On these days you may adjust your start time so that you are working 8 hours in the day.
Saturday and Sunday working will be required on a duty manager rota system, alongside other managers. This provides cover to ensure Talents have access to support whilst streaming. Any hours worked during the weekend can be reclaimed the following week between Monday and Friday.
