# Summary
We are looking for our first talent manager for VSPO! EN as part of our expansion of the VSPO! project at a global level. Your mission will be to drive the growth of the IP, including the characters you would be managing, while working together with the global strategy department from the parent Brave group.

▼Key Responsibilities
You will be mainly responsible for the general management and direction of the content for this new VTuber project.
- Participate in the planning and production of content to support the channel growth
- Manage the talents' schedules and see to their well-being and motivation
- Coordinate with exterior talents and partners for collaborations
- Coordinate with the other departments to ensure smooth operations of internal projects
- Create business opportunities by drafting project proposals and managing budgets
- Act against slander and libel directed at the talents by working together with the general managers
While these will be your baseline, your role and responsibilities may expand towards a senior position, including managing other talent managers, as you accumulate more experience.
▼Required Qualifications
- Business Japanese (JLPT N2)
- Holding a valid work visa
- Conversational English at minimum
- Talents management experience, e.g.: VTubers, streamers, idols, etc.
- Content planning and directing experience for character IP-based or streaming
▼Preferred Skills & Experiences
- Business English or higher
- Content production (regardless of genre)
- Promotion or management of YouTube and/or TikTok content
- Data and trends analytics
- Strong interest in VTubers
- No preferences nor discrimination based on age, gender or nationality.
