Tech Lead, IT

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical direction and guidance for development projects
• Oversee technical project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
• Work closely with other departments, such as product management, customer support, and marketing, to ensure all technical requirements are met
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure quality standards are met
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes and tools to enhance development capabilities
• Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer need
• Develop and document technical processes and procedures

  ・技術的なプロジェクト計画とスケジュールを監督し、プロジェクトが期限内かつ予算内に完了するようにする。
  ・製品管理、カスタマーサポート、マーケティングなどの他部門と緊密に連携し、すべての技術要件が満たされるようにする。
  ・技術的な専門知識と指導を提供し、品質基準が満たされていることを確認する
  ・開発能力を高めるための新技術、プロセス、ツールの調査、評価、推奨
  ・顧客要件を分析し、顧客ニーズを満たす技術的ソリューションを開発する
  ・技術的なプロセスと手順を開発し、文書化する

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership
• 3+ years of experiences in insurance or banking industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and techniques
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with working as part of a global team, Agile development, various development tools (VS Code, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, etc.)
• Language Skills: English, Japanese (JLPT N3+)

・マルチタスクができ、タスクの優先順位を効果的につけることができる
・強力な組織力とプロジェクト管理スキル
・グローバルチームの一員として働いた経験、アジャイル開発、各種開発ツール（VS Code、Postman、JIRA、Confluence、GitHubなど）の使用経験
・語学スキル 英語、日本語（日本語能力試験N3以上）
