Senior IT Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical direction and guidance for development projects
  Oversee technical project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
  Work closely with other departments, such as product management, customer support, and marketing, to ensure all technical requirements are met
  Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure quality standards are met
  Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes and tools to enhance development capabilities
  Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs
  Develop and document technical processes and procedures

• ソフトウェア・エンジニアのチームを指導・管理し、開発プロジェクトに対して技術的な指示・指導を行う。
  技術的なプロジェクト計画とスケジュールを監督し、プロジェクトが期限内かつ予算内に完了するようにする。
  製品管理、カスタマーサポート、マーケティングなどの他部門と緊密に連携し、すべての技術要件が満たされるようにする。
  技術的な専門知識と指導を提供し、品質基準が満たされていることを確認する
  開発能力を高めるための新技術、プロセス、ツールの調査、評価、推奨
  顧客要件を分析し、顧客ニーズを満たす技術的ソリューションを開発する
  技術的なプロセスと手順を開発し、文書化する

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT lead in business or consulting company
• 5+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership
• 3+ years of experiences in insurance or banking industry
• Experience in IT strategy and IT cost management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and techniques
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with working as part of a global team, Agile development, various development tools (VS Code, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, etc.)
• Language Skills: English, Japanese (JLPT N2+)
• ５年以上の事業会社または、コンサルティング会社でのITリード経験
• ５年以上のソフトウェア開発および技術的リーダーシップの経験
• ３年以上の保険または銀行業界での経験
• IT戦略立案、コストマネジメントの実務経験
• ソフトウェア開発方法論および技術に関する実証済みの知識
• 強力な分析能力、トラブルシューティング能力、問題解決能力
• 口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーションスキル
• 独立して、またチームの一員として働くことができる
• マルチタスクができ、タスクの優先順位を効果的につけることができる
• 強力な組織力とプロジェクト管理スキル
• グローバルチームの一員として働いた経験、アジャイル開発、各種開発ツール（VS Code、Postman、JIRA、Confluence、GitHubなど）の使用経験
• 語学スキル 英語、日本語（日本語能力試験N2以上）
