Our company operates multiple services for inbound and domestic travelers, including rental WiFi, eSIM, bullet train tickets, airport taxi, and more.

We are currently transforming our Marketing function from a "support role" into a horizontal "Revenue & Customer Growth Department." To achieve this, we are implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and shifting our focus toward LTV (Lifetime Value) and Profit.

Our primary growth markets are North America, Europe, and Australia. Winning in these markets requires more than translation: our messaging must be native, culturally relevant, and conversion-driven across ads, landing pages, affiliates, and CRM.

We are looking for an Affiliate & Content Marketing Specialist who can drive the partner/affiliate channel while also producing native English Conversion messaging across key touchpoints for Western travelers.

Responsibilities
1. Affiliate Growth & Partner Management
・Relationship Management: Maintain close communication (Email/Zoom) and improve performance of existing key affiliates (travel blogs, influencers, media sites).
・Partner Enablement: Create "Partner Kits" (banners, text templates, coupon codes) to make it easy for partners to promote our services.
・Targeted Recruitment: Identify high-potential niche travel blogs or influencers and reach out with personalized partnership proposals.
・Performance Operations: Monitor monthly affiliate results, handle commission confirmations, and troubleshoot tracking issues.

  1. Native English Conversion Content & CRO Messaging
    ・Email/CRM copywriting (English): write and improve copy for key automated journeys (Welcome, Cart Abandon, Cross-sell, Post-trip, Win-back).
    ・Lifecycle messaging: structure content that moves users from Interest → Purchase → Repeat/Fan with clear “next action” logic.
    ・Landing page messaging (English): Write and improve copy and value propositions for key landing pages targeting US/EU/AU travelers.
    ・CRO testing support: propose and write A/B test variants for headlines, value props, pricing display wording, and CTAs.
    ・Performance-based optimization: work with the Data Analyst to improve open rate / CTR / CVR through structured testing (subject lines, hooks, CTA framing).

・Insight-driven copy: gather inputs from reviews, CS logs, and competitor messaging to identify and apply the strongest purchase triggers (trust, simplicity, speed, coverage, support).

  1. Ad Creative Collaboration (with a Dedicated Designer)
    ・Develop ad messaging angles and campaign concepts with the performance marketing lead.
    ・Write clear creative briefs for the designer/editor (hooks, key claims, proof points, CTA, layout intent).
    ・Provide lightweight mockups if needed (Canva/Figma), but asset production is primarily handled by our designer.

  2. Brand & Cultural Localization
    ・Ensure all customer-facing communications feel native to Western travelers.
    ・Maintain consistency across services to build a unified “trusted travel partner” brand.

Required skills and experience

Required Skills & Experience (Must)
・Native-level or near-native writing ability for conversion-focused marketing copy (emails + landing pages).
・1–4 years experience in digital marketing / affiliate marketing / partner marketing / content strategy.
・Experience in Foreign Partner Facing roles: Comfortable managing professional relationships (partners or influencers) via email and video calls.
・Experience targeting Western markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.).
・Japanese Ability: Business / Conversational level (Able to communicate requirements smoothly with internal Japanese PMs and Development teams).
・Hands-on Content Creation: Experience writing email newsletters, LP copy, and ad copy.
・Data literacy: Comfortable working with performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA/commission rate, revenue, margin).

Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice to Have)
・Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs (ASP) or influencer campaigns.
・Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar MA/CRM tools.
・Travel / OTA / Inbound tourism experience.
・Basic HTML/CSS (email or LP edits).
・Basic design tool literacy (Canva/Figma) for quick drafts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

・Understands that "Content" is not just about writing blogs, but about driving revenue and changing behavior.
・Has a deep understanding of Western consumer psychology (e.g., what builds trust for an American traveler vs. a European traveler).
・Strong operator: can manage partner pipelines, follow-ups, and promotions with discipline.
・Is a "Hybrid Marketer": Creative enough to write a great hook, but analytical enough to care about business impact and profitability.
・Wants to work in a small, fast-moving team where their creative strategy directly impacts the company’s bottom line.

Monthly salary: ¥333,400 - ¥458,400 (fixed overtime pay for 30 hours: ¥62,300 - ¥85,600; overtime paid separately)
Base salary: ¥271,100 - ¥372,800
