JERAでは、AI・メタバース・ドローン・ロボット等を駆使したデジタルツインによる未来のシミュレートや、完全遠隔・無人の発電所運営など、最新のデジタル技術を活用することで、「世界のエネルギー問題に最先端のソリューションを提供する」ことを目指しています。
この取り組みを成功に導くために欠かせない、JERAのエンタープライズアーキテクトの中核メンバーを募集しています。具体的には、JERAグループのシステム開発におけるアーキテクトや開発手法の標準化、トレンド技術の取込、実装支援、世界各国のグループ会社や拠点のメンバーで構成されるアーキテクトチームの運営等を共に担う人財を募集しています。将来的には、JERAのアーキテクト部門を牽引していただくことも期待しています。
 
JERA aims to “provide cutting-edge solutions to the world’s energy problems” by utilizing the latest digital technologies, such as digital twin simulation of the future using AI, metaverse, drones, robots, etc., and fully remote and unmanned power plant operations.
We are looking for a core member of JERA’s Enterprise Architect team, who is essential to the success of this initiative. Specifically, we are looking for people who will be responsible for standardizing architectural and development methods for JERA Group’s system development, learning the trend of technologies, supporting implementation, and managing architectural teams consisting of members from group companies around the world. And in the future, we expect you to lead JERA’s Architect Department.

・Contribution to JERA system development projects by improving development efficiency and shortening development time through the selection of appropriate standardization technologies.
・Realization of PDCA cycle for development technology standards and developer resource management
・Improvement of IT literacy and human resource value of the organization

求める経験・スキル

・ IT、デジタルに関する基礎的な知識、システム開発の基礎知識を持ち、システム開発の経験を持つ
・ IT、デジタルの可能性を理解し、未来のJERAをけん引し引き上げる原動力となるマインドを持つ
・最新の技術やIT動向を把握し、追従し、GlobalレベルでJERA内のITをLeadするマインドを持つ
・システム開発をLeadし、全体最適設計まで含めて実践した経験を3年以上持つ
・エンタープライズレベルでのシステムアーキテクチャを維持改善するための知見を持ち、中規模以上（社員100名以上）の会社で3年以上エンタープライズアーキテクチャを務めた経験を持つ
・アジャイル開発プロジェクトにリードとして参画し、メンバーの評価を3年以上行った経験を持つ
・複数社のベンダーコントロールを実施し、QCDのコントロールを実施した経験を持つ

It’s desirable to meet the bellow requirements.
・Basic knowledge of IT and digital, basic knowledge of system development, and experience in system development
・Understand the potential of IT and digital, and have a mindset that will drive and lift up the future of JERA
・Grasp and follow the latest technologies and IT trends, and have the mindset to lead IT within JERA at the global level
・Lead system development and have more than 3 years of practical experience including overall optimization design
・Knowledge of maintaining and improving system architecture at the enterprise level, and more than 3 years of experience in enterprise architecture in a medium-sized or larger company (more than 100 employees)
・Experience participating in agile development projects as a lead and evaluating team members for at least 3 years
・Experience implementing vendor controls for multiple companies and implementing QCD controls

【尚可】

国公立、MARCH相当以上の学歴
情報系学科/情報系大学/高等専門学校/専門卒
開発言語等に対する習熟した知識（JavaScript系、Java系、Python系、DB系、etc）
Infra(On-premises, Cloud)の知識、Networkの知識、Securityの知識、IT Operationの知識

次のいずれかの資格や経験：
IPA基本情報処理、応用情報処理、IPAプロジェクトマネージャー、IPAシステムアーキテクト、ITストラテジスト、Azure関連資格、AWS関連資格、PMP、Scrumマスタ関連資格

Educational background equivalent to or higher than National, public or MARCH
Department of Information Sciences / University of Information Science / Vocational Degree/ technical college
Proficiency in development languages (JavaScript, Java, Python, DB, etc.)
Knowledge of Infra (On-premises, Cloud), knowledge of Network, knowledge of Security, knowledge of IT operation

Candidate with at least one of the below qualifications will be preferred:
IPA basic information processing, IPA project manager, Azure-related qualifications, AWS-related qualifications, PMP, Scrum master-related qualifications
