業務内容/Job Summary

JERAにおけるプロジェクト運営全体の品質管理及び運営支援スキームを構築し運営する。あわせて必要に応じてプロジェクトに参画し中核メンバーとしてプロジェクトを推進・支援する。
または、最新のデジタル技術を駆使し、JERAシステム開発におけるシステム要件定義、Agile開発運営、システムの開発やテストを実行するためのスキームを構築し運営し、同時にアジャイル開発での開発メンバーの評価・教育を実施し、適切な要員レベルを維持するため、JERAのプロジェクト推進の中核である開発メンバーのリソースプールを運営する。

Establish and operate a quality control and operation support scheme for the entire project operation at JERA, in addition, they participate in projects as required and act as core members to promote and support projects.
Or, manage two teams. One is to build and operate schemes for system requirement definition Agile development and operation, system development and testing in JERA system development with using latest digital technology. Another is to manage the development team with keeping appropriate skill by assesment and education which required from Agile development.

役割責任/Responsibilities

【Manager for ProjectQAM】

• JERAにおけるプロジェクト運営高度化スキームを構築・運営し、プロジェクトを成功に導く
• プロジェクト運営高度化の実現に必要な人材の調達・管理を行い、スキルを維持向上させ各所に提供する
•  プロジェクトに参画しPM(Project Manager)/PMO(Project Management Office)/SM(Scrum Master)/SA(System Architect)/BA(Business Analyst)の役割を遂行する

• Build and operate a project management sophistication scheme at JERA and lead the project to success

• Procurement and management of human resources necessary for the realization of sophistication of project management, and maintain and improve skills and provide them to various locations
• Participate in projects and carry out the roles of PM (Project Manager)/PMO (Project Management Office)/SM (Scrum Master)/SA (System Architect)/BA (Business Analyst)

【Manager for JERA Technology】

• システム開発における最新トレンド技術を理解し技術標準化を推進、JERAシステム開発案件に貢献する
• 開発者人材管理を行い、JERAにおける開発全体の品質の確保、開発能力の向上に寄与する
• Understand the latest trend technologies in system development, promote technical standardization, and contribute to JERA system development projects
• Manage developer human resources and contribute to ensuring the quality of the entire development and improving development capabilities at JERA.

【Manager for JERA Development Partner Program】

• JERAのプロジェクト推進の中核である開発メンバーのリソースプールの運営オーナーとして、QCDのコントロールを適切に実施し、ベンダおよびプロジェクトと適切にコミュニケーションを行う
• 開発メンバーの評価・教育としてアジャイル開発を実施し、適切な要員レベルを維持するためのリードを行う

• Act as operational owner of the resource pool of development members that is the core of JERA's project promotion, ensure proper QCD controls are in place and communicate appropriately with vendors and projects.

• Implement agile development as evaluation and training of development members and lead to maintain appropriate staffing levels.

必須要件/Requirements

【Basic】

• IT、デジタルに関する基礎的な知識、システム開発の基礎知識を持ち、システム開発の経験を持つ
• IT、デジタルの可能性を理解し、未来のJERAをけん引し引き上げる原動力となるマインドを持つ
• Basic knowledge of IT and digital, basic knowledge of system development, and experience in system development
• Understand the potential of IT and digital, and have a mindset that will drive and lift up the future of JERA

【Manager for ProjectQAM】

• システム開発を伴うプロジェクトの立ち上げから運営までを理解し、成功に導くためのスキルとマインドを持つ
• プロジェクトマネジメントに関わる業務に7年以上従事した経験を持つ
• 中規模以上のプロジェクトにPM/PMOとして参画し、成功に導いた経験を5件以上持つ、もしくはBAやSAとしてプロジェクトに参画しビジネス要件定義もしくはシステム要件定義をメイン担当者として完遂させた経験を5件以上持つ

• Understand the process from initiation to operation of projects involving system development, and have the skills and mindset to lead them to success

• More than 7 years of experience in project management
• Have at least 5 successful project PMs/PMOs for medium or larger, or at least five projects as a BA or SA with experience of completing the definition of business or system requirements as the main person in charge of the project.

【Manager for JERA Technology】

• 最新の技術やIT動向を把握し、追従し、GlobalレベルでJERA内のITをLeadするマインドを持つ
• システム開発をLeadし、全体最適設計まで含めて実践した経験を3年以上持つ
• エンタープライズレベルでのシステムアーキテクチャを維持改善するための知見を持ち、中規模以上（社員100名以上）の会社で3年以上エンタープライズアーキテクチャを務めた経験を持つ

• Grasp and follow the latest technologies and IT trends, and have the mindset to lead IT within JERA at the global level

• Lead system development and have more than 3 years of practical experience including overall optimization design
• Knowledge of maintaining and improving system architecture at the enterprise level, and more than 3 years of experience in enterprise architecture in a medium-sized or larger company (more than 100 employees)

【Manager for JERA Development Partner Program】

• アジャイル開発プロジェクトにリードとして参画し、メンバーの評価を3年以上行った経験を持つ
• 複数社のベンダーコントロールを実施し、QCDのコントロールを実施した経験を持つ

• Experience participating in agile development projects as a lead and evaluating team members for at least 3 years

• Experience implementing vendor controls for multiple companies and implementing QCD controls

尚可条件/Preferable

• 情報系学科/情報系大学/高等専門学校/専門卒
• 開発言語等に対する習熟した知識（JavaScript系、Java系、Python系、DB系、etc）
• Infra(On-premises, Cloud)の知識、Networkの知識、Securityの知識、IT Operationの知識
• 次のいずれかの資格や経験があれば尚可：

IPA基本情報処理、応用情報処理、IPAプロジェクトマネージャー、IPAシステムアーキテクト、ITストラテジスト、Azure関連資格、AWS関連資格、PMP、Scrumマスタ関連資格

• Educational background equivalent to or higher than National, public or MARCH
• Department of Information Sciences / University of Information Science / Vocational Degree/ technical college
• Proficiency in development languages (JavaScript, Java, Python, DB, etc.)
• Knowledge of Infra (On-premises, Cloud), knowledge of Network, knowledge of Security, knowledge of IT operation
• Candidate with at least one of the below qualifications will be preferred:

IPA basic information processing, IPA project manager, Azure-related qualifications, AWS-related qualifications, PMP, Scrum master-related qualifications
