JERA digital creation department is engaged to develop and deploy business solutions using cutting edge technologies for JERA and the energy and power Market. It has a mandate to not only deliver strong support and services to JERA global by development solutions and applications, but also to package these applications into products for the energy and power market.

We are seeking a talented and versatile AI Full Stack Engineer to join our development teams who are working on developing cutting-edge AI solutions to JERA and the market. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AI-driven applications across the full stack. Collaborate with data scientists, AI researchers, and product teams to implement AI solutions into production, building user interfaces, backend services, and ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms and data pipelines.

主な役割/責任：Main Activities

1.       AI full stack development: from AI Model integration, DevOps automation, Back/front end development , Cloud Infrastrcture AI deployment (Kubernetes, docker etc…)  70%
2.       Scrum Master, project management and sprint leader  20%
3.       Collaboration with data scientist, AI modelers, designers,  cloud architects and other stakeholders  10%

-    Engineering and Development:

-    AI Model Integration: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning and AI models into production systems, optimizing for performance and scalability

-    Work with AI architect and poduct team to integrate Enterprise GenAI in existing or modern applications

-    Work with integration engineers to package applications as SaaS solutions

-    Frontend Development: Build intuitive, user-friendly applications that visualize AI insights and enable customers to interact with AI-driven tools.

-    Backend Development: Design and implement robust, scalable backend services and APIs to support AI workflows, including data processing, model inference, and real-time analytics.

-    Database Management: Develop and maintain databases and data pipelines to manage large datasets used for AI model training, inference, and reporting.

-    Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy AI applications in cloud environments, leveraging containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures to ensure scalability and reliability.

-    DevOps & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation of AI services.

-    Security & Compliance: Ensure that AI solutions adhere to security standards and data privacy regulations, safeguarding sensitive customer and business data.

-    Communication:

-    Work with all team members by providing insights and presenting out-of-the-box initiatives.

-    Good technical background and knowledge in project managent and business systems

-    Good knowledge of digital technologies (AI, Database, IoT, cloud, …)

-    Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

-    Track record of working in fast decision making envrionement
