労働生産性が先進国の中で低く、GDPも実質賃金も下がり続けている日本。
その閉塞感を打破するために、ミツモアはサービス産業の生産性向上を追求します。
まずは集客や見積もりを自動化するプラットフォーム「ミツモア」で、そして事業者のオペレーションの全てを効率化するSaaS「プロワン」で、さらに「プロワン」のインフラ環境と「ミツモア」で活躍する豊富なプロネットワークを掛け合わせた受発注DXサービス「ハッチュー」で。
サービス・プロダクトの利用者は急激に増えていますが、それでも目指す所へはまだ一合目。

募集概要
弊社は日本の生産性向上を目指し、集客や見積もりを自動化するプラットフォームと、事業者のオペレーションの全てを効率化するVertical SaaSを自社開発・運営を行うスタートアップです。
具体的な応募ポジションを決められていない方は勿論、まだ転職の意思が固まってはいないがどのような役割や担当業務があるのかの話を聞いてみたい、といった方でも結構です。 弊社は社員の大半が中途社員で、異業種や異職種からジョインし、活躍しているメンバーも多くいます。

| Our Mission | "Increasing Japan's GDP and creating a society where people believe tomorrow will be a better day." Japan's labor productivity remains low among developed nations, with both GDP and real wages continuing to decline. To break through this stagnation, Meetsmore works to improve productivity in the service industry. We do this through "Meetsmore," a platform automating customer acquisition and estimating; "ProOne," a SaaS streamlining all business operations for service providers; and "Hatch-u," an ordering and receiving DX service combining ProOne's infrastructure with the network of professionals on Meetsmore. Though our users are rapidly increasing, we're only at the first step toward our goal. Because it's an incredibly high mountain to climb, we want to scale it with colleagues who share our vision and can face our users and products head-on.
