As an AI-Driven Development Team Lead on the development team for the rapidly growing service Raksul Enterprise , which serves large enterprises and mid-sized companies, you will play a key leadership role in driving AI adoption and enhancing productivity while ensuring successful feature delivery.

You will guide the team in leveraging AI technologies to improve development efficiency, streamline workflows, and accelerate feature delivery.

AI-Driven Development Leadership
・ Lead AI adoption initiatives to boost team productivity and accelerate feature delivery
・Implement AI-powered development tools to streamline coding and documentation
・ Design AI workflows and integrate AI tools into development processes
・ Oversee AI tool implementation and measure productivity improvements
・ Drive AI tool integration into development workflows and CI/CD pipelines

System Development Leadership
・ Lead the development of existing systems, making technical decisions and designing architectures to ensure mid-to-long-term product growth
・ Integrate AI tools into existing enterprise applications and workflows
・ Ensure feature delivery while implementing AI productivity enhancements
・ Balance AI adoption with maintaining high code quality and system reliability

Team Collaboration
・ Work closely with product managers, business teams, and design teams, contributing to all phases of the product lifecycle—from user research to technology selection, design, implementation, QA, and maintenance
・ Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for AI tool integration and automation
・ Train and mentor team members on AI tools and best practices for productivity enhancement
・ Foster an AI-first mindset while maintaining focus on feature delivery and business value

Global Communication
・ Facilitate seamless communication in English between engineering teams based in Japan and Vietnam, strengthening a globally distributed development structure

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
・ Create technical documentation and share information within the team to support smooth project execution
・ Document AI tool configurations and integration procedures
・ Share AI productivity best practices and tool usage guidelines across global teams
・ Create AI adoption roadmaps and measure productivity improvements

・Monitoring： Datadog / Zabbix / Grafana / Sentry

■Essential criteria

Required Skills & Experience
・ 5+ years of web application development experience
・ 3+ years in a Tech Lead role
・ 2+ years using AI tools to enhance development productivity
・ Practical experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., code generation, documentation assistants)
・ Experience designing and developing systems using microservices or REST APIs
・ Frontend development experience using JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript
・ Cloud development experience (AWS or GCP)
・ Team collaboration using Git/GitHub
・ Experience with testing and maintaining quality throughout the development lifecycle

AI Fundamentals
* Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into development workflows
* Basic knowledge of LLMs and prompt design
* Exposure to workflow automation or process streamlining with AI
* Awareness of ethical considerations in using AI in production

・Ability to understand project constraints and take concrete actions toward outcomes through collaboration with others
・Mindset to take ownership of delivery as a leader or sub-leader and contribute to organizational goals
・Motivation to improve overall development capabilities, including CI/CD and the broader development environment
・Business-level English proficiency and strong technical documentation skills
・Analytical and execution skills to address product challenges through implementation

■Desirable criteria
・ Deep experience with prompt engineering and LLM tuning
・ Designing or leading AI tool evaluation and ROI measurement initiatives
・ Developing and integrating AI tools via APIs
・ Leading AI adoption strategies and change management
・ Implementing AI governance or responsible AI practices
・ Building or running AI training and upskilling programs for engineering teams
・ Collaborating closely with product managers on AI-integrated features
・ Hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers in AI-enabled environments
・ Managing projects or roadmaps involving AI-driven architecture
・ Experience working in distributed, English-speaking teams
・ Familiarity with design systems and accessibility in development
