Construction Manager @Korea
Responsibilities Assignments will include, but not limited to: ・Responsible for the construction of wind farm construction works in Korea. ・Manage civil construction and transmission line construction works. ・Lead external subcontractors to prepare basic project plans, specifications, selection of subcontractors, review of estimates/design/construction plans, and project management. ・Lead the SPC design team and the Engineering company, and instruct the EPC to follow up on the detailed design and formulate and execute the construction plan. ・Research for evaluation and selection of design and procurement contractors. ・Developing new subcontractors and new technologies. ・Site safety management. Business Finance Manager & Business Governance Manager@Korea
Department Description ■Department Global Business Development Div. and Finance & Planning Div. This department promotes renewable energy development projects in Korea. Responsibilities include financial and corporate management of project companies (SPC), as well as accounting, tax, and budget management for local subsidiaries. ■Department Structure Korea Business Department: 7 members (1 manager, 6 business development members); Accounting Department: 13 members (1 manager, 12 members) Job purpose Role 1: Project CFO for SPC in Korea ・Lead the establishment and operation of accounting, tax, and fund management tasks ・Formulate SPC budgets, analyze budget performance, update financial models, and report to stakeholders ・Lender relations: Based on senior debt arrangements, manage financial reporting, covenant compliance, and communication with lenders during construction and operation ・Develop SPC authority regulations and mechanisms to ensure compliance with legal procedures Role 2: Financial, Accounting, and Budget Management for Korean Local Subsidiary (RRK) ・Oversee RRK accounting, tax, and fund management tasks ・Take final responsibility for monthly/annual closing, audits, and corporate tax filings ・Establish and maintain compliance with Korean accounting standards and tax laws ・Report RRK accounting and tax matters to RENOVA headquarters ・Oversee RRK cash management ・RRK budget management ・Consolidate budgets for various Korean projects, lead budget formulation, variance analysis, and monthly management reporting, and report to RENOVA headquarters Role 3: Respond to new accounting and tax tasks in renewable energy development projects outside Korea" Onboarding Image (6 months to 1 year) ・For SPC Project CFO: In the first month, receive explanations from the relevant department about how to establish this function in Japan. Through dialogue with related departments (EPC, FP, OP, GB, Legal), understand expectations and set goals for SPC management. Depending on progress, gradually take on Role 1 from the second month. ・For accounting, tax, and budget management: In the first month, receive skill transfer from HQ accounting, management, and overseas business departments.
