つくるAI   物件管理

• つくるAI 物件管理は、開発用地仕入の業務生産性を爆上げするプラットフォームです。従来、数カ月にわたって様々な調整を重ねる必要があった「不動産」「建築」「金融」に関わる取引をわずか1日で完遂できる社会を実現していきます。
• つくるAI 物件管理を使うことで、取得した開発用地情報に対して瞬時にボリュームチェックが入り、賃貸成約事例などのデータ分析ができます。さらに、関連する書類やデータのアップロード・ダウンロードを安全かつ簡単に行えるファイル共有機能を搭載しています。物件相場情報や情報ルートなどを一元的に管理できるため、効率的な用地仕入を実現します。

• つくるAI ボリュームチェック は、建築ボリュームチェック業務の自動化サービスです。簡単なデータ入力により、斜線制限、日影規制、天空率、まちづくり条例などを考慮した高精度なボリューム図面が作成可能になります。
• 不動産デベロッパー、建築設計事務所、そして行政機関が使用できる、建築設計とボリュームチェックのための標準化されたプラットフォームを目指しています。

Program Overview

In this internship, you will work on actual development in a development environment traced by Toggle's AI engineers.
We have a program that answers at a high level the question, "I have done programming and data analysis before, but what kind of development do actual data scientists and AI engineers do?

The scope of Toggle's AI Engineer development is full stack, including data engineers, data scientists, algorithm development, and product-oriented implementation.
This internship will provide you with the following experience.

• Experience developing in a modern data science development environment
• Full stack development experience as an AI engineer with a focus on rent forecasting.
• Discover your favorite areas of development through your own trial and error.

Application Requirements

■No. of people recruited
Degree of return of 10 members each

■Requirements

• Students scheduled to graduate between 2026 and 2028 (technical colleges, vocational schools, universities, graduate schools)
• Experience with data analysis using some programming language (individual level, classes, etc.)
• Must be able to bring a work PC.

■Welcome Requirements

• Experience with Git and GitHub
• Development experience using Python

■I was able to gain valuable experience in developing new algorithms that are not yet available in the world.

■I was worried because I had no knowledge of real estate, but I was taught basic concepts and terminology in an easy-to-understand manner, which helped me feel comfortable with the internship.

■By being involved in actual operations, I was able to imagine myself working as a member of Toggle.
