Client Solutions Associate
ROLE OVERVIEW As a Client Solutions Associate in our Colombia office, you'll be connecting US clients with the expertise they need. Your main focus will be finding and engaging with the right experts for each project. WHAT YOU'LL DO Project Understanding and Ideal Expert Profile Identification Gain a thorough understanding of client project needs based on main topics and client characteristics. Identify the best-fit expert profile based on key project requirements, including industry focus, target companies, relevant departments, seniority level, and specific expertise. Recruiting Expert Candidates (Main Focus) Source ideal expert profiles across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, local recruitment platforms, internal databases, professional networks). Reach out to experts through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to invite them to consult for clients on specific topics. Screen and vet expert candidates to assess their expertise and experience before connecting them with our clients. Manage scheduling for client-expert interviews and build relationships with experts for future collaborations. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong communication skills - you'll be talking with senior professionals daily. Good attention to detail - getting the right expert match is crucial. Bachelor's degree. 0-2 years of work experience. Marketing Intern (Bogota Office)
Get to Know the Team This is a unique opportunity to join Arches during a pivotal growth phase and work directly with our Office Manager. As a Marketing Intern , you will work in a diverse team of 12+ nationalities, collaborating across business development, HR, and operations to shape how the world sees Arches. Get to Know the Role As a Marketing Intern , you'll assist with key initiatives across campaigns, PR, SEO, and social media. You'll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, contribute creative ideas, and help strengthen Arches' global presence and community. You will report to the Bogota Office Manager and be based in our Bogota office. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Manage and strengthen LinkedIn communication for the Bogotá team, while supporting alignment and collaboration with the Vietnam team. Support employer branding and local visibility initiatives in Bogotá, including PR activities, podcast support, and university partnerships. Assist with recruitment-related marketing activities for the Bogotá office, working closely with HR and hiring teams. Conduct SEO keyword research and recommend content and website improvements to increase visibility in new markets. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, basic creative coordination, community engagement, and support for employee branding initiatives. QUALIFICATION Must-have Requirements Strong English writing and communication skills. Ability to think critically and translate ideas into clear execution. High sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects. Growth mindset and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. The Role We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead our US market expansion by building relationships with top-tier consulting firms and private equity firms. This is a role for a results-driven professional who thrives on building meaningful client relationships and driving revenue growth. As our Sales & Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding leading US consulting and PE firms, including frequent in-person client interactions in the US, while leveraging our track record & network in Asia. Client Network: Existing relationships with consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC..) or private equity firms. US Market: Previous experience selling to US clients or working in US markets. Related Industries: Background in executive search/headhunting, professional services sales, or SaaS sales.
