HR Tech Division’s Vision: "Empower Engineering"
At our HR Tech Division, we uphold the vision of "Empower Engineering", striving to create a future where more individuals and organizations can fully unleash their creativity and engineering capabilities.
In recent years, the shortage of IT engineers has been widely recognized as a critical issue. In response, measures such as making programming education mandatory have been implemented to increase the "quantity" of engineers. However, simply expanding the engineering talent pool is not enough. Unless we create an environment where working engineers can achieve high productivity, the "quality" of engineering talent will not improve, and the fundamental issue of the engineer shortage will remain unresolved.
We believe that the key to solving this challenge lies in building a strong HR foundation for engineers. Our goal is to maximize technology skills within organizations, enabling businesses to explore new opportunities and drive innovation. Through "Track", we are dedicated to establishing an HR Tech-driven hiring, training, and evaluation system specifically tailored for engineers.
By fostering a society where engineers can thrive and truly enjoy the process of creation, we aim to create workplaces where self-driven and independent engineers flourish—both within companies and across the broader industry.
Job Responsibilities
As a Full-Cycle Sales Specialist (Inside and Outside Sales), you will manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and nurturing to conducting presentations/demos and final deal closure. In the early phase of our India expansion, your primary focus will be on outbound lead generation. You will also be responsible for establishing product-market fit, driving revenue, and building a strong track record for our SaaS HR tech products (especially “Track Test,” our coding test tool) and generative AI services tool.
Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution
• Develop and refine sales strategies for both inbound (marketing-generated leads) and outbound (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach) sales—with a strong emphasis on outbound efforts
• Identify high-priority markets and tailor sales messaging based on customer needs
2. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
• Conduct industry research to identify key decision-makers and potential clients
• Follow up promptly and effectively on inbound leads generated from events and marketing initiatives
• Actively engage in outbound prospecting via social media, phone calls, and networking events to consistently generate new leads
3. Sales Process & Deal Closing
• Conduct discovery calls to assess client pain points and business needs
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements
•Leverage both inside and outside sales approaches (e.g., remote outreach and on-site visits) to engage prospects and move deals forward
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring efficient deal closures
4. Marketing & Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and share market insights
• Contribute ideas for sales enablement materials and web content to align with customer needs
• Represent the company at events and webinars to enhance brand awareness
5. Relationship Management & Partnerships
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Identify potential reseller and alliance partnerships to expand market reach
• Enhance customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals
6. CRM & Pipeline Management
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce and Apollo to accurately track deals and customer interactions
• Analyze conversion rates and implement data-driven improvements to optimize sales performance
• Generate regular sales reports and revenue forecasts for management review
Future Business Development and Recruitment Background
The practice of conducting coding assessments has become commonplace in countries like the United States as a way to evaluate skills during the selection process. However, this was not the case in Japan until we began creating a market for it in 2016. Since then, we have grown to achieve the number one market share in coding test services. Additionally, we have realized the concept of TrackID for expanding into universities, with implementations underway at around 20 institutions, including the University of Tokyo. We believe this broadens our ability to provide value to our customers.
Building on these achievements, we plan to invest in expanding into the global and Indian markets to further increase our Total Addressable Market (TAM) in the engineer HR sector. As of 2024, India has the largest population in the world and is the second-largest in terms of engineers, following the United States. We believe that over the next decade, India will clearly emerge as one of the countries shaping the world, making it the most promising market for investment. We have decided to compete in this market.
Currently, we have one member working directly under the executive team, and we are operating with a small, agile team. However, we are looking to recruit a senior-level individual to take responsibility for the vertical launch of this business.
Recruitment Requirements
【Qualifications】
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B sales or related fields, including practical experience in outside sales (face-to-face meetings, on-site client visits, product/service demos, etc.)
• Proven track record in both inbound sales (handling inquiries, managing marketing-generated leads) and outbound sales (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Preferred fields: Business, Marketing, Computer Science)
