HR Tech Division’s Vision: "Empower Engineering"

 At our HR Tech Division, we uphold the vision of "Empower Engineering", striving to create a future where more individuals and organizations can fully unleash their creativity and engineering capabilities.

 In recent years, the shortage of IT engineers has been widely recognized as a critical issue. In response, measures such as making programming education mandatory have been implemented to increase the "quantity" of engineers. However, simply expanding the engineering talent pool is not enough. Unless we create an environment where working engineers can achieve high productivity, the "quality" of engineering talent will not improve, and the fundamental issue of the engineer shortage will remain unresolved.

 We believe that the key to solving this challenge lies in building a strong HR foundation for engineers. Our goal is to maximize technology skills within organizations, enabling businesses to explore new opportunities and drive innovation. Through "Track", we are dedicated to establishing an HR Tech-driven hiring, training, and evaluation system specifically tailored for engineers.

 By fostering a society where engineers can thrive and truly enjoy the process of creation, we aim to create workplaces where self-driven and independent engineers flourish—both within companies and across the broader industry.

Job Responsibilities

 As a Pre Sales Specialist, you will serve as a technical expert bridging our sales team and customers, specializing in AI and Generative AI solutions. You will lead technical discussions from the second stage of client interactions onward, providing deep technical insights, solution demonstrations, technical validation, prototype creation, and overseeing Proof of Concept (PoC) projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring successful client engagements, effective demonstrations of value, and successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

1.Technical Sales Support & Client Engagement
• Provide technical expertise and conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations focusing on AI, Generative AI solutions.
• Engage in advanced technical discussions with prospects and clients, addressing complex questions and solution capabilities.
• Clearly articulate technical aspects of AI and Generative AI solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

2.Solution Development & Technical Validation
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Perform proof of concepts (POCs) and technical validation to demonstrate the value and feasibility of our Generative AI products.
• Provide feedback to product teams to align solutions with market needs.

3.Technical Documentation & Proposal Creation
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, proposals, and presentations.
• Clearly outline technical specifications, implementation processes, and project timelines for potential clients.

4.Market & Product Expertise
• Maintain and enhance deep technical knowledge of Generative AI trends, competitive products, and industry developments.
• Educate internal teams and clients about the latest advancements in AI technologies.

5.Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and product management teams to ensure alignment in customer engagements.
• Facilitate smooth handovers to implementation and customer success teams post-deal closure.

Future Business Development and Recruitment Background

 The practice of conducting coding assessments has become commonplace in countries like the United States as a way to evaluate skills during the selection process. However, this was not the case in Japan until we began creating a market for it in 2016. Since then, we have grown to achieve the number one market share in coding test services. Additionally, we have realized the concept of TrackID for expanding into universities, with implementations underway at around 20 institutions, including the University of Tokyo. We believe this broadens our ability to provide value to our customers.

 Building on these achievements, we plan to invest in expanding into the global and Indian markets to further increase our Total Addressable Market (TAM) in the engineer HR sector. As of 2024, India has the largest population in the world and is the second-largest in terms of engineers, following the United States. We believe that over the next decade, India will clearly emerge as one of the countries shaping the world, making it the most promising market for investment. We have decided to compete in this market.

 Currently, we have one member working directly under the executive team, and we are operating with a small, agile team. However, we are looking to recruit a senior-level individual to take responsibility for the vertical launch of this business.

Recruitment Requirements

【Qualifications】
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales (pre-sales) within B2B software environments, ideally with a focus on AI or Generative AI.
• Solid experience in software engineering with demonstrable coding and development capabilities.
• Proven technical ability to conduct complex technical presentations, demonstrations, and POCs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

【Preferred Skills & Experience】
• Prior experience working specifically with enterprise-level Generative AI solutions.
• Ability to independently develop, code, and demonstrate customized AI solutions during client engagements.
• Previous work experience in AI-driven software companies or startups.
