About the Job
Develop front-end applications using the latest front-end technologies, including TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Maintain a high-quality codebase by creating automated tests, conducting code reviews, and supporting the introduction of new processes to ensure new releases are properly tested and ready.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other development teams to implement features. Contribute to maintaining best practices through knowledge sharing, participating in code reviews, and providing feedback.

Application Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with HTML / CSS / JavaScript development
- Experience with CI/CD workflows
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers and designers
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Japanese for development tasks or equivalent English level
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile development
- Understanding and experience with test automation
- Experience optimizing front-end performance
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices
- Understanding of accessibility
- Familiarity with design systems
