About the Job
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business units to design UI/UX for product development aimed at refreshing the platforms and services that support Macromill's business.
- Conduct UI/UX design for new business initiatives.
- Perform UI/UX design to revamp the platforms that support Macromill's operations.
- Measure UI/UX design effectiveness and engage in improvement activities.
- Manage design work projects, including those involving external contractors.
- Communicate with stakeholders to build trust, clearly explain UI/UX design concepts, and fulfill accountability.
- Tools Used: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, GitHub, etc.
Assignment: You will be assigned to the Global Technology Division.
Why Join Us
We are a team that has been established for less than two years (as of December 2024). We are designing the UX/UI for Macromill's in-house digital products. We are currently in the process of trial and error to build our organizational design and design processes. You will have the opportunity to experience firsthand the phase of collaboratively developing our organizational design and design processes.
Application Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications or web applications.
- Practical experience with product design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
- Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese. (N1 or above)
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding and experience in UX research.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in building and utilizing design systems.
- Experience in UI/UX design for internal tools.
