オーシャン・ネットワーク・エクスプレス（ONE）は日本の海運大手3社（日本商船、商船三井、川崎汽船）がコンテナ事業を統合し、シンガポールを拠点に設立されました。
当社はONE本社から管理業務の一部を受託するため、日本の海運の原点ともいえる長崎の地に2023年に設立され、2024年5月に事業を開始いたしました。
当社はシンガポールのONE本社より管理業務の一部を受託しております。受注の業務範囲は代理店制度会計、代理店管理会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析等多岐にわたります。今後さらなる業務拡大が予定されており、「長崎から世界を支える。」ためのメンバーを募集しております。
[Background of Recruitment]
Ocean Network Express (ONE) was established in Singapore through the integration of the container shipping businesses of three major Japanese shipping companies: NYK Line, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha.
To support ONE’s headquarters, our company was founded in Nagasaki in 2023—a location symbolic of the origins of Japan’s maritime industry—and began operations in May 2024.
We are entrusted by ONE headquarters in Singapore with a range of administrative functions, including agency accounting, management accounting, global HR, and market analysis. With plans for further expansion, we are now looking for team members who will help us "Enpowering global business from Nagasaki."
【職務概要】
ONE DEJIMAの今後を支える人材の中途採用を担当します。主担当は中途採用ですが、副担当として新卒採用についても行っていただきます。採用対象は国籍を問いません。このポジションにおいては、以下のポジションを募集しています。
①採用戦略担当
・採用計画に基づく採用戦略の立案
・採用におけるマーケティングリサーチ、採用ブランディング
・採用プロセス構築及び改善
・各採用プロセスにおける効果測定及び採用全体のデザイン
・その他付随する業務
②採用業務担当
・各採用におけるJob Descriptionの作成
・各人材エージェント及びダイレクトリクルーティングの活用による母集団形成(ベンダーコントロールを含む)
・選考プロセスの運用及び管理
・オファー/オンボーディングの運用及び管理
・その他付随する業務

We are seeking individuals to join our team to lead mid-career recruitment efforts that will support the future growth of ONE DEJIMA. While the primary responsibility will be mid-career hiring, the successful candidate will also be involved in new graduate recruitment as a secondary responsibility. We welcome candidates of any nationality.
We are currently hiring for the following two positions:
- Recruitment Strategy Lead
Formulating recruitment strategies based on hiring plans
Conducting recruitment-related market research and employer branding activities
Building and improving recruitment processes
Measuring effectiveness at each stage of the recruitment process and designing the overall recruitment framework
Other related duties
- Recruitment Operations Specialist
Creating job descriptions for each hiring need
Building candidate pools by utilizing recruiting agencies and direct sourcing channels (including vendor management)
Managing and operating the selection process
Managing offer and onboarding processes
Other related duties
Responsibilities will be determined based on your experience, skills, and preferences.
