Job Description As our company continues to aim for rapid growth through expansion, service growth, and the establishment of group companies, you will be responsible for the IT support desk. Overview While productivity is a crucial factor for Money Forward as it grows into a Big Tech company, there are currently several challenges with SaaS selection and operation, and we are not always able to provide the optimal IT working environment. It is an urgent task for the Information Systems Division to plan and operate a SaaS portfolio befitting a global company of 5,000 people, and to contribute to the further acceleration of development and business by thoroughly promoting their utilization. We are looking for an individual who can join us in this exciting phase of transformation from a Japanese startup to a global enterprise, and drive projects related to SaaS introduction and operation as a SaaS Management Department Manager, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders! About the Department The Corporate SaaS Management Department within the Global IT Division, where you will be assigned, manages and promotes the utilization of SaaS used by all group employees, including those in overseas offices (Vietnam, India). The team's mission is "To provide a state where all employees can focus on essential value creation through SaaS," and they are responsible for the following tasks: Operational management and improvement of SaaS used across the group (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.) Planning, selection, introduction, adoption, and operation of newly introduced SaaS Support for the utilization of company-wide standard SaaS Standardization and optimization of IT costs Formulation of SaaS portfolio and AI utilization plans with a view towards long-term management strategies Responsibilities and Duties You will be managing a team that is involved in everything from planning and promotion related to SaaS management to actual operation, based on your interests and experience.
