ROLE OVERVIEW As a Client Services Associate (Expert Matching Team) , you'll play a crucial role in recruiting the right experts to consult on our clients' projects. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to identify suitable expert candidates and employ creative sourcing strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Understanding and Ideal Expert Profile Identification Gain a thorough understanding of client project needs based on main topics and client characteristics. Identify the best-fit expert profile based on key project requirements, including industry focus, target companies, relevant departments, seniority level, and specific expertise. Recruiting Expert Candidates (Main Focus) Source ideal expert profiles across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, local recruitment platforms, internal databases, professional networks). Reach out to experts through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to invite them to consult for clients on specific topics. Business Development Associate (Sales Activation team)
ROLE OVERVIEW As a Sales Associate (Sales Activation Department) supporting our growth in the US market, you'll gain hands-on exposure to client-facing work and strategic sales operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Chief Accountant

WHAT YOU WILL DO Cross-Border Financial Reporting & Consolidation Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (journal, general ledger, etc.). Record intercompany transactions and restate financials in accordance with IFRS. Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements Tax & Compliance Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual tax returns (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT…) and other tax correspondence for the tax authority. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings in full compliance with local regulations. Internal Controls Identify significant issues/risks and propose solutions Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and procedures Cross-functional collaboration Partner with internal teams to support financial needs and foster collaboration. Coordinate with independent auditors during the audit process. Stakeholder Communication Liaise with consulting firms, auditors, and tax authorities.
