JOB SUMMARY IT Technology-PMO - Vendor Management will support the Manager in driving strategic relationships with vendors, overseeing vendor management processes with key stakeholders, and developing a strategic vendor landscape across relevant areas together with Sourcing teams. This role involves collaborating with Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and Internal PMs to create and govern processes to fully support Vendor Management. This role involves managing multiple vendor assignments concurrently, prioritizing the needs of our program and business leadership. The Assistant Manager will escalate challenges that may have increased business risks at the right time and influence others through their professional experience. Primary importance is placed on driving strategic win-win relationships with vendors, by taking input from Build and Sustain teams, and owning the holistic governance process. This includes assisting our company to make sound purchase decisions, gathering input on vendors to ensure compliance with company requests, maintaining both existing and new relationships. The role will assist in driving efficiencies with all vendor engagement under the direction of the PMO and Sourcing leaders for activities includes RFI, RFP, contracts (New Vendor Onboarding, MSA, SOW, etc.), and legal processes gaining an understanding of the body of work, resources required, terms and timing of payments to ensure a timely and smooth experience. This person will collaborate closely with Build & Sustain teams in gathering vendor performance for on-time delivery of work and payment to drive current and future strategic vendor relationships. This role will assist managers and contract owners with both the administrative as well as strategic activities surrounding vendor management and ensuring resources are performing as expected. They will use their in-depth experience to support management and senior leadership teams. This role will participate in the continuous improvement activities within resource management. JOB SUMMARY As part of USJ's IT Department Strategy & Governance (PMO) business, we will select each IT project, formulate medium- to long-term projects, determine PJ priorities, and respond to and manage requests from other internal departments. Promote and lead the business as governance. Further global projects are expected to increase in the future, and communication with the US headquarters is on the rise. There is no goal in improving guest experience or efficiency of the work of a wide range of internal departments. This role will assume the governance function of the IT department and contribute to the content, cost and schedule of each PJ and the execution of IT projects more efficiently. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Portfolio Management ● Manage projects related to USJ as a wish list from the IT roadmap of the US headquarter office. ● Help that PM creates Project Charter in English. ● Collect the monthly status of each ongoing project. Summarize it to the templated report. Then explain the specifically updated part to the VP. ● Manage further USJ IT roadmap as the strategy through priority and budget review from LRP/Wish List. Project Management ● Host monthly internal meetings and gates of each project. ● Report value, budget, progress, issues, etc. on major projects in a standard format. ● Check the status of project document creation for each milestone and follow up on delays. Collaboration with US Headquarters ● Share Weekly Status Updates in a fixed format. ● Having approval of each project execution with project charters. ● Build consensus on implementation guidelines, progress, issues, etc. for major global projects. Budget Management ● Track USJ IT budget Capex/Opex usage/consumption and manage appropriate landing of each year. ● Keep up-to-date on the status of the department's budget consumption and expected results ● Coordinate with each team and PM member when necessary and propose countermeasures. Department Duties ● Review work processes within the department and improve the work environment. ● Strive to activate communication within the department and improve the productivity of the department. ● Provide support to overworked teams and staff beyond team belongs. REQUIREMENTS Language: ● Native level Japanese = Native or JLPT N1 ● Business-level English Experience: ● Experience in portfolio management and prioritization of all internal IT projects. ● Experience promoting global projects. ● Experience in budget management (budget, calculation, forecast management, etc.) ●High communication skills with low context. and in English. ●Logical thinking, understanding, and giving output. ●Management experience. JOB SUMMARY The Senior Software Engineer will have a unique opportunity to utilize Flutter as a cross-platform language to build large mobile applications and experiences in support of our theme parks. This role will work with our mobile team to design and build the next generation of our web and mobile applications that will be leveraged across our parks and venues around the world. The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with other app development and technical teams. eThe role will provide highly specialized skills and knowledge that will enable the successful design, code, and delivery of complex solutions for Digital Technology in support of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, analyzing, and supporting complex codebases along with configuration management of new Flutter applications. RESPONSIBILITES ● Design & Development Design, develop, and implement exceptional mobile solutions. Be a web, mobile domain expert for development teams as part of implementation. Collaborate towards strategic direction and delivering the ‘art of the possible’ for improvements and/or alternatives. Interface and coordinate tasks with technical resources.
